If Life Is Like a Box of Chocolates then
this should be called, "Controlling Your Own Destiny"--Cocoa Bella Chocolates (www.cocoabella.com) lets you customize your own box of chocolates, so you're not stuck with those sickly-sweet pink creme fillings or the almost-there white nougats. I'm going to call my mom a month before Mum's Day and pick her selections together, online, while we're on the phone. It will be a shared treat--she choosing, me clicking and dragging, only she'll get to do all the luscious eating when her box arrives at her door . . . .

What a great idea! Except they all look good, so I'd probably just go for the standard assortment anyway.
cK: It's either $35 for the custom box or half a pedicure at Estetica. Now which would charm your lady most. . . ?
julie: You're right! It's not like a box of Whitman's where you really do have to take all those half-bite s and leave many un-good ones unfinished back in their slots. These--THESE!--are all so-o good.
