Mama, don't let your boys grow up to be fashion models

There are some days when I dress myself for work when I know I haven't got it right. If there's time, I change. If not, I wince, and go about my day.

But I KNOW I've never left the house looking this ridiculous.

The NYTimes, for one. . . . This look reminds me of those newspaper projects we'd make in Girl Scouts: Newspaper skirt cut in slits = Hawaiian Skirt. Long rod of newspaper rolled then cut in slits, pulled back, and set upside down = Christmas Tree.
